i found the location really convenient to union station, cn tower, and the hockey hall of fame! the lobby has a beautiful café area and the staff are excellent. i appreciated the very tidy and cool room. i loved the historic hotel decor and its 1920's vibe (so unique!).
I thought the bathroom was a bit small. There was not much space for toiletries.

The staff were professional and offered great service. i found the location excellent for walking to union station and eaton centre. the lobby was beautifully decorated. It was cool. the breakfast deal available at check-in was convenient.
my room did not have a mini fridge, not a huge deal, but it would have been helpful.

friendly staff convenient location clean room restful sleep
I found the staff friendly and helpful. the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions. the room was very clean and well-kept. the bed provided a restful night's sleep. It ensured i was refreshed each morning.
The room temperature was difficult to regulate. It was either too warm or too cool despite adjusting the thermostat.

central station personal hotel
The location was close to union station. it made getting around easy. The ambiance had a great feel. it felt smaller and more personal than larger hotels. breakfast included a choice of a dish and a drink. I found this different from typical breakfast buffets.
the elevator was slow. at times, it seemed to take a while to arrive.
